Professional Development Programs

In the Department of Medicine, we know that just because you're already one of the top faculty in your field doesn't mean you're done growing. In addition to encouraging ongoing learning in the form of workshop, conference, and training support, the Department of Medicine offers three in-house professional development programs: MODEL, SPACE, and MedSNAP.

Join years of these programs' alumni in advancing your career, mentoring others, and praticing new modes of wellness. You are already the best that Stanford has to offer-we hope to make your self-improvement journey as meaningful as possible.

MODEL Program

The MODEL Program is a department-wide, cross-divisional, mentoring and development program specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the CE and UML faculty lines.
