For approval, email visitingobserver@stanfordhealthcare.org.
- Please submit a Visiting Observer Request Form (this must be submitted by the host/host team or with the host copied on the e-mail thread).
- Await a response from the Visiting Observer Office with next steps.
- The response e-mail will provide detailed next steps regarding attestations and medical clearance procedures — please follow the instructions laid out in the e-mail.
*Please note the approval process typically takes two weeks. Please submit requests accordingly, although, we recommend allowing for three weeks of processing time*
