Professoriate Current Titles Cluster

The Department of Medicine's Faculty Affairs Professoriate Current Titles Cluster supports Faculty and Divisions through reappointment and promotion reviews, leave requests, retirement and emeritus recalls, and various other administrative actions. We partner with multiple offices throughout the School of Medicine and Stanford University to facilitate these actions. 

The Current Titles Cluster is committed to providing excellent faculty affairs administrative services for the Department and our subspecialty Divisions. We aim to support the teaching and research mission of the Department, School, and University, as well as positively impact the career development and trajectory of our physician faculty.

We are devoted to: 

• Increasing efficiency and productivity through continued partnership and collaboration with our various stakeholders

• Regularly implementing process improvement initiatives

• Utilization of project management strategies

• Continued development of tracking tools, training tools, and resources for our team as well as our Division partners and faculty members

• Maintaining 100% adherence to School of Medicine deadlines
