The Department of Medicine’s Faculty Affairs is under the umbrella of the People Team, reporting to the Associate DFA, Director of People. We function as the human resources for faculty, academic staff, and other teaching titles. We develop strategies and processes to facilitate appointments, promotions and reappointments, sabbaticals, retirements, and drafts and executes offer letters once approved. We constantly review processes to improve efficiency, and we strive to provide excellent service to our various constituents.

• Clinician Educator (CE) and Other Teaching Titles (OTT)
