Catherine Blish named Tashia and John Morgridge Faculty Scholar
Catherine Blish, MD, PhD, assistant professor of medicine (infectious diseases), has been selected as a Tashia and John Morgridge Faculty Scholar in Pediatric Translational Medicine. The award provides training and research support for physicians whose research relates to child health. Blish will receive $500,000 over five years to investigate inflammatory pathways of pregnancy, viral infection, and preterm birth.
