Project Baseline Launches


The Project Baseline study - a massive enterprise to map the fundamental ascpects of human health - launched today. The study, which aspires to enroll 10,000 volunteers over the next few years, is a joint effort of Stanford Medicine, Duke University School of Medicine, and Verily Life Sciences, LLC.

The Verily website portal for the long-planned project launches today. Actual enrollments at Stanford Medicine and Duke will begin within the next few months.

Stanford and Duke will enroll thousands of volunteers to participate in an initial four-year study and collect the massive amounts of data, which will be hosted on the Google Cloud Platform.
