Department of Medicine

Grand Rounds

All medical grand rounds are video taped and available online at a later date through the Lane Library to the Stanford community with a SUNet ID.

Through its weekly conference, Medical Grand Rounds (MGR) seeks to promote excellence and quality in clinical care; introduce clinicians to recent advances in medical care; provide updates on scientific advances that affect the practice of medicine; and provide a forum for discussion of topics that strengthen the relationship of Medicine to the broader community.

Our target audiences are physicians both on the faculty and in the community; students, residents and fellows in the department and individuals interested in both the care of individual patients and the health of the public.

MGR is held in the Paul Berg Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the Li Ka Shing Center for Learning and Knowledge.  Medicine Grand Rounds takes place every Wednesday morning from 8:00AM-9:00AM. View Grand Rounds Schedule »
